- It's 500 gm of Chicken.
- You need 1 of Onion.
- It's 2 of Tomato.
- It's 1/4 cup of Oil.
- Prepare 1 Tbsp of GingerGarlic paste.
- It's 1 Tbsp of Lal mirch powder.
- You need 1 Tbsp of Dhania powder.
- You need 1 Tsp of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Zeera.
- It's 1/2 cup of dahi.
- It's 1/4 Tsp of Haldi.
- You need 2 Tbsp of Brown Onion.
- Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Garam masala powder.
Chicken Curry Masala instructions
- Cut onion in slice & fry to golden brown in oil.take out onion from oil & keep aside..
- In the same oil,add chicken with pinch of salt fry till colour change & take out as well..
- Add lal mirch,haldi,dhania powder,roasted zeera, tomato,& fried onion. Blend all to smooth paste..
- Add ginger garlic paste in oil.fry till aroma comes.add this blended masala to oil.fry nicely till oil seprates from masala.add fried chicken to this masala & fried well..
- Add 2 cups water in masala,let chicken cooked at medium flame. Adjust consistancy of curry to your taste..
- When chicken curry masala is all done..add brown onion + garam masala powder in it with 1-2 hari mirch (optional) and keep at dum for 5 min..
